Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information and activity under your credentials. Do not use Demlivo to violate law, rights, security, or service integrity.
Your content and output
You retain ownership of content you upload and must have the rights to use it. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use generated output; you grant Demlivo the limited permission needed to process your content and operate the service.
Credits and billing
Paid actions consume credits at the rate presented by the service. Credits are service units, not currency, and cannot be transferred outside supported workspace operations. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider.
Demlivo intellectual property
Demlivo’s software, interface and brand remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service.
Availability and termination
The service may change or experience interruptions. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk or non-payment. You may stop using the service and request account assistance from support.
Liability
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication. Liability and any mandatory consumer rights are governed by applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
